The Smart Shifts program offers multiple scheduling options to meet your needs. The SmartLoad feature will automatically schedule your entire staff based upon your labor needs and their availability and preferences. Once you have scheduled a staff member for a particular shift you can set up the program to permanently assign the staff member to that shift.
Each day the manager’s home page is updated with the current schedule of the day for quick reference. The manager can also adjust the schedule or print copies for staff members from this page.
Keep Your Staff Connected
Each week the manager inputs the availability of all staff members to create the new schedule. Staff members can request a day off or an availability change. With the manager’s approval staff member can trade shifts with other members. Staff members can arrange to receive notifications with either an email or a text message when their schedule is published or when other members decide to give up shifts.
Through Smart Shifts, staff members can communicate with each other individually or as a group to discuss schedule preferences and changes. They even have the option of viewing their schedule and communicating with other members on their cell phone.
